Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Medical PA to join our busy and dynamic team in Clinical Administration. You must be highly motivated and committed to provide, high-quality administrative and PA support to multiple consultants and their clinical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative and PA support to multiple consultants and their clinical teams.
  • Operate within a busy Clinical Administration environment, contributing to efficient service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, RSA III or equivalent typing, and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of the 18-week patient pathway would be desirable but not essential, as training will be given.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with the public and professionals; flexible and professional approach.
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
