Job Overview

Our client, a respected local Medical Equipment company, is seeking a Medical Kit Assembler to join their busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and a proactive attitude to work within a vital part of the medical supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the receipt and dispatch of medical instrument sets within the warehouse.
  • Accurately updating kit booking systems and ensuring instrument sets are correctly logged.
  • Maintaining and updating the demo booking system.
  • Keeping accurate records and demonstrating strong computer proficiency.
  • Handling, inspecting, and replenishing medical instruments after use.
  • Conducting internal audits as required.
  • Completing consignment kit audits at hospital sites.
  • Returning kit boxes to stores in a clean and organised manner.
  • Reporting any discrepancies to the line manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards.
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with sales representatives and agents, understanding and responding to their kit requirements.
  • Supporting general administrative tasks as needed.
