Start Monday Ltd is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to service medical equipment such as hoists and standing aids across the UK. The role is based from home with visits to clients' private homes, performing safety inspections, testing and repairs. Full product training is provided.

You must have a full UK driving licence (max 3 points) and be eligible to work in the UK; a DBS check will be conducted. Basic salary £32-34,000, with overtime, on‑call pay, a company van and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service/field engineer or similar role.
• Basic multimeter experience.
• Willingness to travel and work in customers' homes.

Responsabilités

• Visit clients' homes to inspect, test and repair medical equipment (electrical & mechanical).
• Perform safety inspections and repairs on hoists, slings, ceiling tracks and related systems.
• Maintain service records and report on visits and issues.

• Newcastle, Durham, Tyneside, Sunderland - (DH, DL, NE, SR, DL, TS postcodes)

A manufacturer of healthcare equipment which includes hoists, slings, ceiling tracks, hoists and standing aid systems, are seeking Engineer's as they expand their service division.

Based from home, you will visit clients in mainly private homes and undertake the safety inspection, test & repair of a range of electrical & mechanical equipment, which includes hydraulics & pneumatic systems - for which training is provided.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Are you a Service Engineer, Field Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Appliance Engineer, Electrical Mate, Electrical Improver, Telecoms Engineer or Technician?
• Have basic Multi Meter experience?
• Do you want the stability working for a Manufacturer of Medical Appliances?
• If the answer is Yes - Then full product training is provided!

You must have a Full UK Driving Licence (max 3 points), happy for the company to undertake a clear DBS check and have the right to work within the UK.

SALARY & HOURS

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (paid door to door)
• Basic starting salary £32-34,000
• Overtime
• On call rota 7 days per month paid a £25-50 per day + Overtime (average £250pw)
• Van with private use option (Transit or Mercedes Vito)
