The successful candidate will develop and deliver innovative education programmes for Advanced Wound Management. As our Medical Education Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the development and delivery of innovative education programmes that support Advanced Wound Management across the UKINOR region. You’ll work closely with marketing and medical education teams to design customer-focused learning experiences that respond to evolving market needs and help differentiate Smith+Nephew in the healthcare space.
You’ll lead the implementation of innovative blended learning technologies, including gaming and hybrid models, and help establish a visiting therapy centre. You’ll ensure our Learning Management System is used effectively to support education delivery. You’ll also build strong partnerships with healthcare providers and societies, identifying and developing thought leaders and educators to support safe and effective use of AWM therapies.
Your role will involve managing logistics, coordinating faculty agreements, and ensuring all programmes are compliant with local regulations. You’ll collaborate across teams to share insights, align on strategy, and ensure our education offering remains impactful and relevant.
This role can be considered either remote or hybrid, based out of Watford or Hull, with some travel across the UKINOR region.
