A local NHS trust in Swindon is seeking a proactive administrative support for the Medical Education team, part-time (18 hours/week). Essential qualifications include 4 GCSEs and relevant diploma-level knowledge. Experience with Microsoft Office is crucial. The role supports GP education through various administrative tasks and liaises with trainees. This position offers £24,937 to £26,598 per year, pro rata.
Part Time - 18 hours per week (wed, thu, fri). The Medical Education team are seeking a driven and proactive individual to provide administrative support to the Associate PG Dean (GP) and GP Education Manager in supporting the training requirements of GP medical education. The Successful candidate will work with the Medical Education deputies (GP & PGME) to ensure the delivery of effective GP & Post Graduate Education and will support the organisation of in‑house teaching programmes for GP/foundation doctors and internal medical trainees through liaison with relevant leads. They will also oversee the administration of regional teaching days, working with Health Education SW and the Training Programme Directors (TPDs).
