Job description

  • Administrative support to the Medical Education team
  • Effectively use Word, Excel, Outlook etc. generating graphs, charts, diagrams and reports as and when required
  • To provide admin support to ensure effective implementation of the administration of the Foundation Programme curriculum for all F1 and F2 doctors in training.
  • To assist with the administration support to the annual Shadowing and Induction Programme and ARCP assessment panels as directed by senior members of the Medical Education Team
  • To assist with the collection and collation of data as and when required e.g. trainee numbers, teaching hours, teaching attendance, satisfaction and delivery
  • Assist with the reports on evaluation of teaching feedback.
  • Assist with the production of feedback summaries from postgraduate and undergraduate teaching sessions for the Consultant, Junior Doctors and other healthcare professionals including calculating percentage response rates.
  • Assist with monthly Doctors in Training induction
  • Assist the medical education coordinators in delivery of Undergraduate, Foundation and Postgraduate education administration.
  • Assist with the processing of study leave requests for all senior medical staff.
  • Assist with the delivery and organisation of all the educational activities within the department.
