Job summary

Materialise Medical in Plymouth is seeking a Production Operator to support the fabrication of medical devices. This full-time role runs on Monday through Friday 1st shift, with some overtime as required. No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is available.

You will prepare SLS, SLA, DLP, and SLM machines, perform post-processing, and conduct quality checks on surgical guides, implants, and models. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills (MS Windows; MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and attention to detail; ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SLS, SLA, DLP, and SLM machines for builds.
• Perform post processing tasks and quality checks on surgical guides, implants, and models.
• Maintain documentation and ensure proper delivery of products.
• Assist in other production facility activities and cross-training.
