Job summary

Bookmark Medical seeks a Medical Assistant to join a patient-centered team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. You will warmly welcome patients, take vitals and medical histories, and support providers during exams in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

You will perform point-of-care testing, administer vaccines under supervision, maintain precise documentation in the EHR, and assist with education, scheduling, and referrals while helping keep exam rooms clean and

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification (or willingness to obtain, wewillreimburse for your certification)
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines.
