Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least four years in healthcare products, auditing, or research.
• At least two years of experience in design, development, or testing of medical device software or other safety-critical systems.
• Strong programming proficiency and deep knowledge of software verification, validation, and lifecycle standards such as IEC 62304 or IEC 81001-5-1.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous technical assessments and audits of software lifecycle processes for medical AI devices to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Applied ML to improve internal systems and provide regulatory insights for sales and customers.
• Translate regulatory topics into clear content and guidance for customers navigating the evolving AI standards and data protection.
