Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Vaccines, Global Medical Affairs

Warman O’Brien is delighted to be partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical company to appoint a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within Global Medical Affairs – Vaccines.

This is an exciting opportunity to support an established vaccines portfolio, working closely with global and local Medical Affairs leaders to drive operational excellence and strategic delivery across multiple programs. The position can be performed remotely or on a hybrid basis from the UK or Belgium.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Global Medical Affairs Leads and Directors to manage project activities across an established vaccines portfolio.
  • Drive planning, tracking, and execution of medical business plans and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input, manage RAID logs, and ensure proactive communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to best-practice project governance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-6 years’ experience in pharmaceutical project management, ideally within Medical Affairs or Regulatory Affairs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, matrixed environments.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex priorities.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Planisware, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
