Women’s Health | Global Medical Affairs Manager | Mid-Sized Pharma

My client is a well-established, internationally active pharmaceutical company with a strong women’s health / menopause portfolio , who are looking to appoint a Global Medical Affairs Manager .

This is a highly visible global medical role sitting within a collaborative international Medical Affairs team, with real scope to shape medical strategy, education, and KOL engagement across markets.

The Role

You’ll act as a medical and scientific lead for menopause , supporting global medical strategy while working closely with regional and local Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance teams.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Acting as a global subject-matter expert across menopause and the competitive landscape
  • Supporting and executing global medical plans and priority international projects
  • Developing and delivering high-quality medical education and training (internal and external)
  • Creating, updating and curating scientific content across global educational platforms
  • Building and nurturing international KOL relationships and representing the company at key congresses and scientific meetings
  • Supporting medical input into product launches and disease education initiatives in emerging and established markets
  • Ensuring all activities are conducted in line with medical compliance, governance and SOPs
You Should Have :
  • A Medical or Life Sciences degree (or equivalent scientific background)
  • 5+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs within pharma
  • Proven experience in menopause or women’s health
  • Strong track record of KOL engagement , medical education and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with excellent communication skills
