Medical Admin Officer - Maternity Cover

32.50 hours per week

Grade D (Point 5 to 6) £25,584 to £25,989 pro‑rata (Actual salary £18,661.36 to £18,956.77)

Hours: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (1 hour lunch)

Term time only plus 3 INSET days – required March 2026

We are looking to recruit a calm, self‑motivated and hardworking Medical Admin Officer to work within our friendly and supportive team on a maternity cover temporary basis. The successful candidate will be employed by the Trust as a whole and can be expected to carry out duties at any of the four schools, although a vacancy currently exists at Haymoor Junior School.

We are looking for a good team player who can work well independently and with initiative. The ideal candidate will be professional, confidential, adaptable, flexible and able to work under pressure. They will provide first aid to pupils across the whole junior school age range, and complete admin duties to support the school.

Experience of working with children and within a school office is desirable but not essential.
