LOCALiQ UK in Norwich is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our team representing trusted local brands. This is an office-based role focused on new business sales, where you'll engage with local business owners, understand objectives, and tailor advertising strategies across digital and print.

You’ll work in a target-driven environment with uncapped commissions, full training, ongoing support, and clear career development within a leading media company.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator able to build relationships over the phone.
• Experience in telesales, contact centres, insurance or retail sales is helpful.
• Motivated by targets and earnings from commission.
• B2B sales or media sales experience is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent listening and questioning with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business through outbound calling and prospecting.

• Recommend advertising solutions from digital and print portfolios.
• Achieve and exceed activity targets, KPIs and revenue goals.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build rapport over the phone.

• Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous B2B sales or media sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to succeed.
