The Media Solutions Developer role within the Digital Innovation & Product Hub focuses on designing and delivering data-driven tools and scripts within digital media teams. The role involves identifying automation and innovation opportunities through close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, researching and planning effective technical solutions as well as executing them with strong communication practices., The Media Solutions team works at the intersection of media and engineering, creating tech-enabled solutions to drive better outcomes for clients and improve the operational efficiency of agency workflows. The Media Solutions Executive will play an important role in supporting strategic team initiatives, contributing to high-quality technical client work, and assisting with new business opportunities. The role combines innovation and clear communication to explore what's possible across tech and media, and to help translate that into practical opportunities for clients. The Media Solutions Executive will handle the following areas of work: Solution discovery: Exploring and prioritising challenges, and ideating potential solutions, in collaboration with clients and internal teams. The Media Solutions Executive will help identify project opportunities and contribute to the design and delivery of client workshops. Engineering: Making the solutions a reality. During project execution, they will maintain strong standards across technical documentation, error handling, code testing, and the use of appropriate platforms. Team Collaboration. Alongside the technical work, they will communicate confidently with stakeholders and help showcase Media Solutions' work through presentations and case studies Contributing to new business and scoping new projects Example projects range from automating media performance reporting to developing a system for real-time weather-based targeting that only runs campaigns when it rains.

Accountabilities Core Accountabilities

• Proactively work with clients and internal teams to spot innovative opportunities or areas for efficiency.
• Support and contribute to workshops that uncover the challenges a team is facing which Media Solutions could help solve.
• Build solutions that address client challenges while adhering to best practices - ensuring they are scalable, assessing failure modes and edge cases, and considering security.
• Measure and share project outcomes in a form appropriate to the intended audience.
• Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project success. Clear and precise communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences, both internally and client-side.
• Ability to self-manage, with an ownership mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Previous exposure to marketing specialisms, e.g., Paid Social, Paid Search, Organic Search, Programmatic (desired).
• Willingness and enthusiasm for building tech using JavaScript or Python and interacting with platform APIs. Experience with Google Cloud Platform desired.
