This is a hybrid, 35-hour-per-week role based at our Pimlico Head Office with 2-3 days in the office; night premium applies £4.75/hr for hours 22:00–06:00.
The Media Planning & Orchestration Senior Executive provides vital foundational support across both the Media Strategy & Operations and the Planning & Orchestration team. In this pivotal role, you’ll bridge the gap between Media Strategy, Operations, and our external media agency, taking ownership of live deployment calendars, tracking financial workflows, and driving asset enablement to ensure flawless campaign execution. Best of all, as a Partner in our unique employee‑owned business, your precision and collaborative spirit directly contribute to our shared success as you build deep, hands‑on expertise across central and retail media. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.75 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
