Our clients include festival promoters, record labels, museums, galleries, and cultural venues. In 2025 alone, we’ve worked with brands such as Live Nation, Kilimanjaro Live, AWAL, Fiction, Goodwood Art Foundation, Oxford Museum, Charleston Trust, Kew Gardens Wakehurst, Brighton & Hove Albion FC, Jimmys Iced Coffee, Brighton Fringe, Brighton Festival, Chichester Festival Theatre, ATG Entertainment, Love Supreme Festival, and London Jazz Festival.

The Role

We’re looking for a Media Planner (OOH & Audio) to join our growing team and support the planning, booking, and reporting of media campaigns across music, arts, and cultural clients.

This role is Out of Home (OOH) and audio-led, working across all forms of OOH (including DOOH), posters, flyering, radio, podcasts, and audio streaming platforms. You’ll work closely with the account lead, translating media direction into clear, accurate, and bookable media plans, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly.

While the role is currently focused on offline and audio media, there will be opportunities over time to support planning across digital, VOD, and streaming channels as the agency continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate media direction and briefs from the account lead into detailed media plans and schedules
  • Plan and book OOH and audio campaigns, liaising directly with media owners and suppliers
  • Request proposals, manage bookings, and ensure accuracy across timings, formats, and budgets
  • Build and manage media plans, schedules, and supplier documentation
  • Work closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure campaigns run as planned
  • Compile end-of-campaign (EOC) reports, turning delivery data into clear insights and client-ready narratives
  • Track campaign performance and flag opportunities for optimisation or improvement
  • Support the development of media proposals and recommendations, with increasing strategic input over time
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers and internal teams
About You
  • Experience in media planning, buying, or media execution (agency or media owner side)
  • Strong interest in OOH and audio media; experience in these channels is a clear advantage
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Comfortable working from guidance and direction, while applying your own judgement and initiative
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Curious, motivated, and keen to grow into a more strategic planning role over time
  • Interest in music, arts, and culture is a strong plus
Why Join Us
  • Work on campaigns for some of the UK’s most exciting music, arts, and cultural brands
  • Gain hands‑on experience across OOH and audio media in a fast-moving agency environment
  • Learn directly from experienced account leads and develop your planning skillset
  • Clear opportunity to expand into digital, VOD, and streaming media planning as the agency evolves
  • Be part of a growing, collaborative Brighton-based team where your contribution genuinely matters
