About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Media Manager to support the International team, This role is critical in executing strategic, high-volume media campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support the launch of innovative wearable products.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, global environment, collaborating across marketing, insights, analytics, creative, and external agencies. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented, UK market media expert who thrives on complex campaigns and cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end campaign execution.
• Develop and implement full-funnel media
• Raise and manage purchase orders (POs), ensure campaign compliance
• Communicate campaign timelines and updates to internal marketing teams and ensure buy-in and alignment.
• Manage multiple media streams including paid social, digital display, programmatic, and traditional channels.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Creative, Analytics, Partnerships, Policy & Comms) and external media agencies.
• Optimize campaigns in real time using quantitative and qualitative insights to improve outcomes.
• Analyze campaign results against KPIs, producing actionable insights, post-campaign reviews, and ongoing recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in media planning and campaign execution
• Demonstrated experience in managing UK-based and EMEA campaigns
• Track record of translating audience insights and data into actionable media plans
• Experience across paid social, display, programmatic, and traditional media
• Strong understanding of media measurement and campaign optimization
• Experience working with creative teams to align messaging with media strategies
• Deep knowledge of the UK media market and channel landscape
• Experience managing complex portfolios and running multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Experience

• Media leadership experience in tech, beauty, or consumer product industries
• Experience managing media agency relationships
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and new product launches
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities
