Job Description

As the Media Manager at ADM Protexin, you'll be at the heart of our digital strategy, driving consumer‑centric campaigns that amplify our direct‑to‑consumer and eCommerce brands. You’ll partner closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact and align with our broader growth objectives. Your expertise will guide our media agency collaborations, ensuring that our paid media activities across search, social, display, affiliates, and Amazon Media are executed with precision and creativity and are driving results. This role will be pivotal in supporting the development of our internal digital capabilities aligned to our 2030 vision.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Senior Media Manager to deliver yearly growth targets by executing plans on time, within budget and against forecasts.
  • Support translating brand plans into successful media campaigns. Collaborate with media agencies to brief, plan, execute, and report on campaigns that meet our brand and business objectives.
  • Ensure cross‑channel campaign integration to align seamlessly with broader marketing initiatives and drive consistency across touchpoints.
  • Optimize paid media channels and creative to drive key metrics, maximize ROI and campaign impact – across paid search, paid social, display and Amazon Advertising.
  • Analyze performance metrics, providing insights to inform future strategies.
  • Manage budget efficiently with regular internal reporting on ROI/ KPI delivery and spend effectiveness to maximize campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Test & learn; help creating a roadmap to test new formats, channels, placements, etc. to drive innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, implementing innovative approaches to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Monitor competitor activity closely.
Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in global markets (e.g. US, Europe, Australia).
  • Minimum 5 years of paid media experience, either agency‑side or client‑side.
  • Experience of working with DSPs, Amazon advertising & retail media platforms.
  • Proven track record with D2C/eCommerce brands in a digital‑first environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Amazon advertising, retail media platforms. Skai, etc. experience a benefit.
