Working hand in hand with the online team to deliver integrated media activity across Fashion, Home and Beauty. Acting as the lead liaison between Brand Marketing, Social, PR, and both in-house and external agencies to build impactful, cohesive media journeys for our customers - all while delivering strong ROI across the board.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

• Support the end‑to‑end delivery of media campaigns, managing briefs, responses, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Work closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, PR, and Social teams to ensure integrated and optimised media plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day media activity, maintaining accurate plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage relationships with media agencies and media owners, ensuring partnerships and assets are delivered effectively.
• Provide campaign reporting, insights, and post‑campaign analysis to drive optimisation and continuous improvement.
