Job summary

Outlook Publishing, a Norwich-based digital media company, is seeking a Media Campaigns & Delivery Manager to join its growing media team in Norwich. You will lead the delivery of products and services for clients, spanning sponsored content, direct advertising, demand generation, podcasts and webinars.

Reporting to the Media Sales Director, you will manage client campaigns from planning through completion, coordinate cross‑functional teams, oversee scheduling and briefs, track metrics, and

• Experience in content production, campaign management, digital media or email marketing.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A confident communicator able to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working on time sensitive projects, often within strict deadlines.

• Happy to learn new processes, technology and concepts as the department evolves.

• Managing client projects and campaigns from planning through to completion and reporting

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Norwich

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (flexible upon completion of probation)

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

The Role

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing Media team and play a central role in the next phase of its growth.

Reporting to the Media Sales Director, the primary responsibility will be to lead the delivery of products and services for our clients. These are diverse, ranging from sponsored content and direct advertising, through lead and demand generation, to bespoke podcasts and webinars.
