Dentology is one of the UK's fastest‑growing performance marketing agencies, partnering exclusively with high‑end cosmetic dental practices. We're a 30+ person team spanning across content, ads, sales, and tech – and one of the only agencies building an end‑to‑end patient acquisition system that blends agency services with proprietary software.
Location: UK‑based (Remote) | Compensation: £32 K - £38 K
Qualifications
- Hands‑on Meta Ads experience, ideally within a fast‑paced agency
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, testing, and optimisation
- Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into actionable decisions
- Collaborative and creative‑minded, with experience working closely with content or creative teams
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Google Ads experience (Search or Performance Max) is a plus but not required

Success Milestones
- 6 Months: Full ownership of Meta campaigns; structured creative tests with clear learnings; internal testing process improvements; support for small‑scale Google or TikTok experiments.
- 12 Months: Manage multiple high‑spend accounts; refine internal frameworks and optimisation processes; contribute ideas for new testing methodologies and creative angles; reliable, high‑output team member.
- 18 Months: Senior operator trusted with our biggest accounts; lead creative testing roadmaps and multi‑variable experimentation; build repeatable optimisation systems adopted across the ads team; key role in cross‑channel integration (Meta + Google).
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Meta campaigns across a portfolio of UK dental clients.
- Analyse campaign performance to generate insights and identify testing opportunities.
- Work closely with Creative Strategy and Content teams to develop and test new creative concepts.
- Run structured creative, audience, and funnel tests to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with our Account Manager and the Sales team to align lead quality and patient funnel performance.
- Contribute to improving Dentology's internal systems, playbooks, and testing frameworks.
- Support early experiments in Google Ads or TikTok as part of future channel expansion (optional).
