Job summary

Shape Recruitment is seeking an experienced media Planner Buyer to join an independent agency delivering campaigns across all media, with a strong focus on paid search and paid social.

You will lead a small team, manage budgets, and be the primary client contact, collaborating with planning, activation, strategy and analytics to drive results and client satisfaction. A competitive salary up to £45,000, bonus scheme and benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a digital focused media planning / buying role at a media agency.
• Experience planning campaigns across Paid Social and Search.
• Strong client service skills with experience presenting and running client meetings.
• Proven track record of delivering projects and results for clients.
• Highly organised with an acute attention to detail.
• Exceptional level of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with clients to ensure a full understanding of their business, advertising needs and priorities
• Working closely with the Senior Client Director to ensure commercial success/growth of clients
• Collaborating on a daily basis with great people across different disciplines- planning, activation, strategy and analytics
• Primary client contact on a daily basis to ensure client satisfaction
• Managing budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target
• Management of a small team to ensure that work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target and on time.

Skills/Experience required:

• Solid experience working in a digital focused media planning / buying role at a media agency is key.
• Experience planning campaigns across Paid Social and Search
