Job summary

SI Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive repair centre in North Yorkshire, specialising in accident repair, servicing, and manufacturer-standard vehicle repairs. You will perform mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs on a range of vehicles, including accident-damaged and fleet vehicles.

Diagnostics using computer-based equipment, fault finding, and meticulous job documentation are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Experience in a workshop/manufacturer-approved environment.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to follow manufacturer procedures.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Experience in a workshop or manufacturer-approved environment
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work to high standards and follow manufacturer procedures
• Ideally need to have MOT testing experience or bodyshop MET experience
• Agricultural background is preferred

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Overtime available
