Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Senior Mechanical Engineer.
• Strong background in commercial building services or facilities management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to organise workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proactive and positive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical engineers and subcontractors on site.
• Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Carry out quality inspections and meet company standards.
• Liaise with clients and provide technical support.
• Assist with project planning, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Support and mentor engineers to develop their skills.
