Corrigenda are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated hands-on Mechanical Supervisor to assist the Relationship Manager with the day-to-day service delivery of the Guildford Borough Council Contract, ensuring that contract Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved as well as being hands-on with call outs to Mechanical works across the portfolio of sites. The role is based on Guildford BC sites with occasional meetings at our Fleet office. You will oversee works and manage specialist subcontractors to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance tasks. You will conduct audits, maintain accurate records for client inspections, and ensure compliance with required standards. The position requires a professional, confident approach in client-facing environments, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Essential
A suitable City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ qualification
Recognised Health & Safety training
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Ability to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation
Full UK driving licence
Pass Enhanced DBS background checks for working in schools
