Job description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical / Plumbing Snagging Supervisor or Foreman to join our team on a high-spec commercial office project in the Maidenhead area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate snagging works across mechanical and plumbing packages
• Record and photograph all snagging items clearly for tracking and reporting
• Maintain accurate snagging logs and update digital snagging platforms where required
• Manage on-site operatives and subcontractors to ensure timely completion
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations meet project standards
• Liaise with site management, project managers, and client representatives
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures
• Produce daily / weekly progress reports

Requirements

• Valid Skill Card (CSCS or equivalent)
• SSSTS certification
• Strong background in mechanical and plumbing snagging on commercial projects
• Proficient in using digital tools for snagging and photo documentation
• Ability to read drawings and work independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
