The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or higher, possess mechanical qualifications, and Temporary Works Supervisor certification. We are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.

What you'll do:
  • Implement @One policies and HSE regulations.
  • Conduct and record site inspections (safety, health, environment, quality, plant, structures).
  • Follow and update method statements and risk assessments.
  • Deliver engaging SHEQ toolbox talks and pre-shift briefings.
  • Promote @One LIFE principles by leading example.
  • Ensure site personnel have relevant training and maintain training records.
  • Check plant condition and certification.
  • Maintain a safe work environment; stop unsafe work and report to Site Manager.
  • Work with Site Manager to resolve safety issues.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher
  • Mechanical qualifications with proven relevant experience
  • Temporary Works Supervisor certification
