Qualifications

• Hold a valid CSCS Supervisor Card.

• CITB SMSTS or SSSTS certification needed.
• First Aid qualification essential.
• CPCS Lift Supervisor certification required.
• Temporary Works Supervisor certification is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Implement @One policies and HSE regulations.
• Conduct and record site inspections (safety, health, environment, quality, plant, structures).
• Follow and update method statements and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging SHEQ toolbox talks and pre-shift briefings.
• Promote @One LIFE principles by leading example.
• Ensure personnel have relevant training and maintain training records.
• Check plant condition and certification.
• Maintain a safe work environment; stop unsafe work and report to Site Manager.
• Work with Site Manager to resolve safety issues.
