Initial project based in Caerphilly
Salary: £47,500 - £50,000 + Benefits
Working Hours: [Specify hours per week]
Allowances: £50 daily working away allowance (where applicable)
Benefits: Company van, fuel card, 21 days annual leave + bank holidays
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced individual with a background in mechanical project delivery on construction or building services contracts to join an award-winning engineering contractor with over 60 years of expertise.
Our client is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality technical services across Wales. They serve clients including the Welsh Government, universities, and social housing providers, working on projects ranging from leisure centres to public infrastructure.
The Role
As the Mechanical Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will work closely with a team of 3-4 operatives and serve as the primary site contact for our client.
