Overview

A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks a solid appointment of an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Supervisor with an M&E / Building Services background to join their planned growth and continued success.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the ‘off the tools’ Manager, present on site to manage, coordinate and check off mechanical installation works for one project at a time (project values from £1.5M‑£20M+).
• Directly supervise and coordinate Mechanical Engineers, Industrial Plumbers, Pipefitters, HVAC Engineers, Mechanical Supervisors and Foremen.
• Work closely with specialist engineers to undertake key elements of mechanical installations.
• Maintain quality, safety and schedule requirements on site.
• Liaise regularly with the site based team and keep all stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Direct mechanical site management or supervision experience in M&E / Building Services.
• Proven track record managing mechanical installations in commercial, industrial and new‑build environments (warehousing, distribution, data centres, industrial manufacturing).
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Capability to work independently on site with integrity, professionalism and a focus on craft.
