Mechanical Site Manager

Skilled careers are working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of over £150m and a strong national presence across sectors. They're looking for an experienced mechanical site manager, for an exciting healthcare project in South West London.Reporting upstream tosenior mechanicalproject manager you will be tasked with managing the mechanical subcontractors and a small amount of direct labour for the duration of the project which runs until the end of2024. This role is a permanent position that will be integralmoving forward, even after the completion of this project.

Duties include:
  • Leading on site mechanical team
  • Liaising with Directors/Project management
  • Holding client/sub-contractor meetings
  • Ensuring work is per specification
  • Ensuring on site Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
The ideal candidate:
  • Experience working for an M&E contractor in a supervisory role
  • Previous experience onprojects of a similar size
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

The initial projectruns for 1.5 years and they have a further portfolio of notable projects upcoming across London.They have sign off to pay a very good salary for this Mechanical Site Manager, for someone with the right skillset.
