Mechanical Service Engineer (Gas Detection, Breathing Apparatus)

Overall Earnings: £50,000

Basic Salary: £35,000 to £38,000

Benefits:

  • £170 Per Day Offshore Allowance (Circa £12,000)

Opportunity: Excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in gas detection, fire safety, or breathing apparatus to work for a leading supplier of instrumentation and control systems.

Following planned expansion, they now seek to recruit a technically focused Service Engineer responsible for:

  • The service and repair of their range of technologically innovative safety systems.
  • The role will involve a mixture of local workshop duties and offshore work.
Your Background - Mechanical Service Engineer (Gas Detection, Breathing Apparatus):

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must demonstrate:

  • A background as a workshop engineer, field service engineer, or technical support engineer.
  • Experience working with gas detection, fire safety, or breathing apparatus equipment.
  • A technical qualification, ideally to a minimum of ONC or City & Guilds in Engineering.
