Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a minimum of 18 months experience in recruitment resourcing or a consultant role.
• Experience in the mechanical and engineering / manufacturing sectors or similar.

Responsibilities

• Speak confidently with candidates and clients over the phone.
• Make outbound calls to schedule interviews and follow up on applications.
• Post and manage job adverts across job boards and social media.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, managing the recruitment inbox.
• Assist with compliance checks and onboarding paperwork.
• Research local businesses and help identify new leads.
