Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and project financials.
  • Experience with ground source heat technology or similar renewable energy systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
  • A self‑motivated professional with a collaborative approach and a passion for sustainability.

  • Provide commercial support to project delivery teams, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure competitiveness.
  • Support business development strategies using commercial insights.
