Mechanical Quantity Surveyor

Join our client on a major Pharmaceutical Technology Facility project in Bicester on a contract basis. This role involves working in a cutting‑edge, fast‑paced environment.

• Title: Mechanical Quantity Surveyor
• Location: Bicester
• Contract Length: 5 months
• Start Date: 1st December
• Day Rate: £400 - £450 per day
• IR35 Status: Outside

Qualifications

• No client‑side candidates.

Working Pattern

Week 1: 2 days on‑site, 2 days in the office. Week 2 onwards: 4 days split between office and site. Fridays WFH.
