Fawkes & Reece London are seeking a mechanically biased Quality Assurance Manager (QA/QC) to oversee live projects in London City. The role focuses on managing QC observations, identifying risks, and ensuring Building Services compliance through ITPs and inspections on site.

You will support the Head of Q&AP and Asset Performance Manager in handling unexpected issues during the Legacy Period related to Building Services, proposing practical solutions and documenting decisions.

Mansioni

• Raise QC observations during inspections of live projects.
• Identify important design, workmanship or materials risks and propose solutions using the QC Risk Decision Required template.
• Verify ITPs and inspection records for Building Services on live projects and flag gaps early to the project team.
• Support Head of Q&AP and Asset Performance Manager for unpredictable events related to Building Services during the Legacy Period.
