Mechanical Project Supervisor – Night Shift (Live School Projects) in the South East. Full-time, permanent. Salary: £72,000 per annum or £280 a day. Working hours: 7:00pm – 3:00am.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical installation teams on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activity.
• Ensure safety, quality compliance and progress aligned to programme.
• Complete daily site reports and safety checks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and monitor workmanship against specification.
• Maintain control of site during out‑of‑hours works.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising mechanical packages on education, healthcare or commercial projects.
• Strong mechanical background, confident leadership, and proactive mindset.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to enforce high safety standards in sensitive environments.

Requirements

• Valid SMSTS (or SSSTS minimum), CSCS, First Aid certificates.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check.
• Ready to work night shift in occupied education environments.
