Are you an Project Manager from a HVAC background looking to join a succesful and growing construction business, where you will be working autonomously on a wide range of construction projects from refurbishments to fit out, ranging up to £5 million in worth?

Do you want to work for a well-established, rapidly growing and highly regarded M&E and HVAC contractor, working within an expert team providing exceptional services on new builds, fit‑outs, building refurbishments, or plant replacement projects in many sectors from healthcare to logistics?

This company is a Manchester‑based construction and fit‑out contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance, and full build solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, and public‑sector projects, supported by in‑house project management and multi‑trade teams.

The Role

• Control project costs with profit‑focused delivery.
• Attend site for surveys and key phases, working flexibly to meet deadlines.
• Manage HVAC projects end‑to‑end across commercial sectors.
• Plan schedules, coordinate design, and procure labour/materials.
• Work Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (40 hours per week).
