Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager with expertise in HVAC and Plumbing. The role involves managing multiple mechanical projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. The position includes oversight of project teams, allocation of workloads, and ensuring operational excellence across all stages of delivery.

Scope of Work

Projects cover a full range of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, Hot and Cold Water services, and sanitaryware installations. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities required to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the installation and delivery of HVAC and mechanical projects across the UK and Ireland.

Attend client site meetings, pre-start meetings, and ongoing progress reviews.

Plan and manage both subcontract and direct labour resources.

Procure materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project schedules.

Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

Produce comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
