Role

As an experienced Mechanical Project Manager you will take full leadership of new build projects valued at £5M and above. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to join a respected contractor with a strong order book and a reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mechanical delivery of major new build projects across multiple sectors.
• Take projects from design stage through to completion, ensuring all mechanical systems are installed to specification, budget, and programme.
• Provide full leadership and direction to the project team, subcontractors, and site operatives.
• Work closely with the Main Contractor, ensuring smooth coordination and communication throughout all project phases.
• Oversee project planning, procurement, risk management, and health & safety compliance.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the project delivery team.
