Mechanical Project Manager, Hampshire

My client is a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor specialising in the Design & Build of Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Installations across the Public and Private sectors.

As a result of a planned growth, my client requires a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Managing the process from start to finish, overseeing trades carrying out the works, managing sub-contractors, attending client project briefings and ensuring all project installations runs smoothly to a successful handover.
• Full financial management and control of project programme, from design and pre-construction through to commissioning.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects ranging up to £50K - £2million.

Qualifications

Holding relevant mechanical building services qualifications and experience working for an M&E Building Services contractor on refurbishment and new build projects. Experience across commercial new build developments, leisure centres, fit outs, hotels, public sector buildings and residential with equivalent project values £50K to £2m M&E Value.
