We have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a fast-growing contractor in Central London. This role is ideal for someone with 4-5 years' experience and a drive to progress.

About the company:

Established company of 30 years that is now looking to skyrocket in the M&E London market. Originally based out of Bristol but now moving to central London with 4 projects already ongoing and many in the pipeline. These projects are commercial and residential based so are happy to speak with people from either background.

The Role:

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of MEP mechanical projects. You will need to wear many hats including working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of MEP mechanical projects.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with design teams and field personnel to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide proactive solutions to challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
