A leading M&E Contractor seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer for a pharmaceutical project in Portsmouth. You will manage design and procurement, lead team meetings, and ensure project compliance with specifications. Ideal candidates will hold an HNC in Building Services Engineering and have significant experience in M&E commercial projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the project's success and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing M&E commercial projects.
• Strong leadership capabilities and team contribution.
• Expertise in risk assessment and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Attend & host team meetings.
• Lead and issue meeting notes for technical discussions.
• Manage procurement and program the works and sub-contractor packages.
• Quality control and risk management.

Skills

Experience of working at a senior level on M&E commercial projects

Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office

Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives

Be aware of health and safety requirements

Education

HNC/HNC in Building Services Engineering or similar

CSCS/IOSH/SMSTS
