Job summary

Cleveland Potash Ltd. in Teesport seeks an experienced Mechanical Operations Engineer to lead the mechanical performance and reliability of our Tees Dock operation.

You will guide a mechanical team, drive maintenance strategies, and champion safety and engineering excellence across critical assets. Ideal candidates will have a mechanical engineering degree, strong leadership, and experience with material handling and conveyor systems, contributing to continuous improvement and successful project

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Significant experience in a mechanical engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of material handling and conveyor systems.
  • Experience of maintenance and reliability engineering techniques.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a mechanical team, providing coaching, guidance, and technical support.
