Catch 22 are working with a major healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Mechanical Manager with a facilities engineering background. Based on site in Keighley Bradford you’ll be responsible for overseeing building services across a large site managing a small team of engineers and ensuring the safe and compliant operation of systems such as AHUs, medical gases, boilers, water systems and refrigeration.

You’ll handle risk assessments support project delivery and work closely with senior operations staff to maintain high standards across the estate. Ideal for someone with hands‑on mechanical experience who has moved into leadership and is now looking for a more office‑based role.

You should hold industry relevant qualifications such as a Minimum Level 3 or Apprenticeship training, have strong facilities or healthcare engineering experience and be confident managing people. Health & Safety knowledge is key with IOSH or NEBOSH preferred.
