Overview

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Knightsbridge

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance within a modern, high-spec office environment
  • Service and repair Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and associated components, including valves, actuators, and motors
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
  • Ensure all building systems function safely and efficiently, maintaining a comfortable workspace
Requirements
  • City & Guilds mechanical qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally within commercial or office buildings
  • Experience working with cooling towers is essential
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and general building services
  • Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with strong organisation and teamwork abilities
