Job summary

A leading Facilities and Maintenance provider seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer/Plumber to execute maintenance tasks across commercial sites near Saffron Walden. Responsibilities include Planned Preventative Maintenance, mechanical and plumbing duties, and supervising subcontractors. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical Engineering and possess strong HVAC knowledge. A UK Driving License is mandatory. Qualifications

• Proven experience working within commercial facilities environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on commercial sites.
• Perform mechanical and plumbing duties including AHUs, FCUs, VRVs.
• Supervise subcontractors and manage compliance paperwork.
