This role involves preventive and reactive maintenance on essential building services, and oversighting subcontractors while participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota. Candidates should have a City & Guilds/NVQ qualification and proven experience in commercial building services. • Carry out PPM and Reactive Maintenance on critical building services.
• Oversee subcontractors and participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
