Job summary

Marshalls plc, Keele site, seeks a Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer to support maintenance across production equipment. The role covers planned preventative maintenance and rapid breakdown response to keep lines up and running.

The position operates a continental 4 on/4 off pattern, 6:30am–6:30pm days and nights, with a competitive package including shift allowance and overtime rewards. Excellent English and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained mechanical engineer with NVQ Level 3.
• Experience in mechanical fitting, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Fabrication and welding experience would be beneficial.
• Strong English communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and engineering support across Keele site.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown response on production equipment.
