  • Work with high multi-skilling and flexibility.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM - £19.33 Per Hour - Leeds - Temp to perm contract

Our client a Global Facilities Management company is looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for their prestigious client site based in Leeds. The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will play an integral role in monitoring and maintaining the Plant Room.

Salary: £19.33 per hour

Location: Leeds

Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Temp to perm contract

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities

Able to maintain, service and repair a wide range of the building services listed below:

  • Heating and domestic water services
  • General Electrical services such as lighting and power
  • Air handling units
  • Emergency standby generating plant
  • Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
  • Electrical control systems
  • Building Management System
  • Manage Plant Rooms, including Steam Pipes
  • Work with a high level of multi-skilling and flexibility, to be able to run a plant room.
The successful candidate
  • Qualified time served engineer (NVQ Level 3) with minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience required
  • Experience within a highly regulated environment is desirable but not essential, Cross-trade experience advantageous.
